Fast, easy, flexible
This service offers individuals and legal entities the possibility to perform various banking operations by using a computer connected to the Internet, irrespective of its location, and an authentication device (Digipass 300).
The service may be accessed during the entire year period, 24 hours a day.
Banking operations
By using Fastbanking, the clients may perform the following operations:
- payment orders in lei
- scheduled payments in lei
- general payment order used by the employers for the wage payment
- intra-bank transfers between owned card accounts and/or current accounts
- internal or external foreign currency payments
- foreign currency exchange
Service range provided by the Fastbanking application
- the visualization at any time of the balances of the accounts opened with Bancpost
- information about the various rates of exchange
- the possibility to view and print the account statements
- the assignment of the payment beneficiaries directly by the client
- creation of some templates with payment orders
- the possibility to accept payment orders created with other applications
Fastbanking Costs
Security and confidentiality
For the purpose of providing a high security level, this service was developed based on an infrastructure in compliance with the international information security standards.
Data confidentiality is provided by using the user name and a password, as well as the Digipass device.
In order to safely use Fastbanking and to prevent any possible fraud attempts, please take into consideration the following aspects:
- do not reveal to anyone your identification and authentication elements for the Fastbanking application (for example user name, password, Digipass PIN code, Digipass serial number)
- if your password was disclosed to other persons, you must change it immediately
- if your Digipass device was lost/stolen, please call the following telephone number: +40 21 308 54 60 and request to block the device
- if you have forgotten your password, please call +40 21 308 54 60. The Bancpost operators will never reveal to you the new password. They will reset the password to the initial value which you can find in the form “ Informatii necesare pentru utilizarea serviciului Internet Banking”
- the bank will never send e-mails or SMS requesting its clients to access URL addresses or links to Fastbanking application, or to reveal confidential information such as username, password, Digipass serial number or Digipass PIN code
- The site https://fastbanking.bancpost.ro is verified and secured by Verisign.Please check on the login page the existence of the Verisign logo with the page authenticity validation link. The only validated links by Bancpost are the ones from the official site www.bancpost.ro , Internet Banking section and from the dedicated site www.fastbanking.ro
Lower costs
The commissions practiced for payment orders in lei performed through Fastbanking are up to 40% lower than the ones practiced for the operations performed at the bank desk.
